Overview

Procurement of tree management and maintenance services for the City of Cape Town under a 60-month contract. Eligible bidders are arboriculture/service firms with proven experience in tree pruning, removal, and PSHB-related work, to be awarded per district (eight winners and one alternate per district).

Requirements

• Minimum functionality: 60/100 (based on years of experience and value of projects).
• Demonstrate core competencies: Tree Pruning, Removal of trees, PSHB-infested trees per CCT protocol.
• Compulsory online clarification briefing and site visit (attendance recorded).
• Registration in the City of Cape Town Supplier Database and in the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD); valid Tax Compliance Status PIN required.
• Provide evidence: reference letters, purchase orders/invoices, project values, durations; supply the required returnable documents and certificates (e.g., Declaration of Interest, Conflict of Interest, Independent Bid Determination).
