Overview

Procurement of a contractor to upgrade Tshepong Hospital stormwater drainage and roof repairs, within the Dr Kenneth Kaunda District, North West Province (BID DOH08NWER001/CON14). Eligible bidders: CIDB 7CE (Civil Engineering) or higher; joint ventures allowed; local participation encouraged.

• Bill of Quantities (BOQ) submitted in full with pricing; any non-applicable items marked N/A.
• Tax compliance status (non-compulsory pre-award but required for award) with SARS verification.
• Compliance with restrictions: no directors listed on restricted or defaulter lists; observe PSR 2016 constraints.
• Supporting documents for preferential goals (ownership by women, youth, disability, Black ownership) with CSD/CIPC verification.
