Construction of the new water supply for the TSWASA Housing Project (CIDB 4GB or Higher). Open tender issued by Magalies Water; suitable for civil engineering contractors with CIDB 4GB+ and experience in water infrastructure. Joint ventures allowed with CIDB weighting; mandatory compliance includes COIDA good standing, CIDB registration, POPIA consent, NHBRC where applicable, and SARS tax clearance or CSD/TCS.

Requirements

• CIDB Contractor Grading 4GB in Civil Engineering or higher
• COIDA (Workman’s Compensation) in good standing
• CIDB registration (and/or capable of registration prior to evaluation)
• POPIA consent
• NHBRC registration where applicable
• SARS Tax Clearance or CSD/TCS (PIN) as applicable; separate TCS for JV/consortia
• Ability to provide 7.5% contract value performance guarantee
• B-BBEE compliance and related documentation
• Returnable documents, forms, and related pre-qualification as per tender data
