The Independent Development Trust invites bids for the turnkey removal of pit latrines, with joint ventures allowed, for four schools in KwaZulu-Natal (IDTKN27DOE010).

Requirements

• CIDB registration: Grade 5GB or higher; joint ventures allowed with lead partner Grade 5GB or higher and consolidated CIDB rating ≥5GB.
• Pre-qualifications: Proof of CSD registration (full report); tax clearance with PIN; CIPC registration; COIDA; public liability insurance (R5m+) and professional indemnity (R5m+); CVs and original certified qualifications for key personnel (PM, QS, CE, SE, GE, OHS Manager) as specified.
• Documentation: Fully completed SBD 1, SBD 4, and SBD 6.1; joint venture agreement if applicable; proof of tender document purchase; attendance at compulsory site briefing (original certificate).
• Financial: Bills of Quantities completed in ink; VAT included; pricing fixed for contract duration.
• Compliance: No conflicts of interest; not on the Register of Tender Defaulters; CIPRO/ID documents in order; signed Form of Offer and acceptance.
• Insurance: Public liability and professional indemnity insurance; proof of registrations for key personnel.
