Appointment of a service provider for the supply and delivery of asset barcodes (serial-numbered, customized labels). Ingonyama Trust Board invites bids from suppliers capable of producing durable polyester asset labels (40x15 mm), with sequential numbering and organization branding, for electronic delivery. Suitable bidders are printing/labeling suppliers with tax-compliance, able to issue a CSD record or SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN, and to complete the required SBD forms and company registration documents. The RFQ is open to compliant bidders, with a closing date of 3 November 2026 at 15:00 and electronic submission via email (melody.ngubo@ingonyamatrust.org.za). The procurement is for 1,000 asset barcodes under a fixed-price arrangement, with a 60-day offer validity window.
