Procurement of PPE: supply and delivery of personal protective equipment to the Ingonyama Trust Board. This tender invites PPE suppliers/distributors to quote for a range of garments and gear (e.g., cargo trousers, skirts, shirts, parkas, boots, socks, hats) to be supplied under ITB/07/10/2026. Suitable bidders are SA-based PPE manufacturers or distributors with robust tax/compliance records and B-BBEE credentials, able to deliver in the required sizes and quantities.

Requirements

• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS submission; alternative: CSD number if no TCS; all parties in a consortium must provide separate TCS.
• CSD registration not older than one month; proof of 100% black ownership if claiming specific goals (CSD ownership details, director IDs, company registration).
• B-BBEE: provide sworn affidavit or verification certificate for preferential points.
• Complete and submit standard forms: SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, and SBD7.1; pricing schedule included.
• Compliance with PPPFA (80/20) or other applicable conditions; contract to be awarded on the terms of GCC and any special conditions.
• The supplier must accept a 60-day bid validity; submission by email to the specified address.
