Appointment of a service provider for the supply and delivery of Dell laptop chargers. Requirements

• Tax compliance: provide SARS tax PIN/TCS and, if not available, CSD number; each party in a joint venture must submit separate TCS/CSD.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and up-to-date CSD report.
• B-BBEE: submit appropriate status (ver. certificate or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs).
• General procurement conditions: compliance with GP framework, GCC, and any special conditions; no participation by state-employed persons; no tender-defaulters; submission on official forms.
• Documentation: proof of company registration; pricing schedule; SBD forms as required (SBD1, SBD3.3, SBD4, SBD6.1, SBD7.1).
