Overview

Unloading of reactors at PetroSA GTL Refinery, Mossel Bay – provision of safe unloading, handling, and packaging of spent catalyst from designated reactors. Bidders should have proven experience in reactor catalyst unloading, inert/conFINED space entry, hazardous-material handling, and preparation for international shipment; must be registered on CSD and operate under PetroSA safety and export standards (MSDS/SDS, UN-certified drums, ADR/RID/IMDG).

Requirements

• Proven experience in: reactor catalyst unloading, inert/confined-space entry under hazardous conditions, handling spent refinery catalysts, hazardous material packaging and international shipment preparation.
• Comprehensive technical proposal detailing unloading methodology, catalyst/ceramic material separation, recovery rates, contamination control, constraints/assumptions, and pre-treatment needs.
• SHEQ plan, detailed resource plan, equipment list, preliminary schedule, and references from similar projects.
• Compliance with safety, health, environment and quality requirements; continuous gas monitoring and emergency rescue arrangements.
• Mandatory documentation: CSD registration, BBBEE compliance, and related procurement documentation; adherence to PetroSA terms and conditions.
