Overview

Upgrade internet connectivity for all regional offices for a period of three (03) years. Bids are invited by Makhado Local Municipality from ICT/network service providers able to deliver, install, and maintain connectivity across regional offices under an open-tender with a 3-year horizon (functionality-based evaluation).

Requirements

• Valid SARS Tax Compliance PIN

• CK company registration documents

• Certified copies of owner IDs (not older than 3 months)

• Proof of municipal rates not owing for >3 months or formal lease/letter from traditional authority (for entity and directors)

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) full report (and registration on CSD)

• Bid validity: 90 days

• Adherence to tender specifications; late, incomplete, unsigned, or non-compliant bids will be disqualified

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: 12:00 on 9 October 2026
• Submission method: Completed bid documents must be deposited sealed into the tender box at the Civic Centre, 83 Krogh Street, Makhado; bids opened publicly in the Council Chamber
• Required documents to submit with the bid (besides the above): signed, sealed bid documents; tax pin; CK documents; owner IDs; rates/lease/traditional authority proof; CSD full report
