Overview

Procurement of upgrading works for 32 residential units in La Colline, Stellenbosch (construction works). Suitable for experienced construction contractors with CIDB 6GB+ capability, and who can meet SCM policy, tax, and BBBEE requirements; familiarity with JBCC/GCC or CIDB contracts is expected.

Requirements

• CIDB grading: 6GB or higher.
• Compliance with GCC/JBCC/CIDB, SCM Policy, and relevant specifications; ability to complete and sign required tender forms.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN with SARS; foreign bidders must complete pre-award questionnaire.
• BBBEE documentation: either a SANAS-verified certificate or original sworn affidavit.
• Locality points evidence (locality 10 points) per policy.
• Attend compulsory Clarification/Information session (5 Aug 2026, 11:00) or be non-compliant.
• Tender documents must be completed with official forms (MBDs 4,5,6.1,8,9,10), Pricing Schedule, Form of Offer/Acceptance, OHSA-related documents, Indemnity, etc.
• Tender validity: 180 days after closing.
• Submission in sealed envelope with tender number; open only at designated times.
