Upgrading of Elands Bay and Lamberts Bay Caravan Parks: Labour Only – a labour-only construction quotation seeking labour for tile fitting at two caravan parks under Cederberg Municipality. Requirements

• CIDB grading of 1GB or higher.
• COIDA compliance before execution (good standing letter or proof of assessment/payment).
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and active tax clearance (PIN) or SARS equivalent.
• Completion and submission of official bid documents (MBD forms) including MBD1, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD9, MBD7.1, plus pricing schedules.
• Declaration of interest and past SCM practices as part of the bid.
• B-BBEE status verification (SANAS-certified certificate or sworn affidavit) to qualify for preference points.
• Locality and other preferential requirements as per MBD6.1.
