Requirements

• Proof of municipal rates and taxes for the company and for each director; proof not older than 3 months.
• Mandatory returnable documents: MBD forms 1–9 (as applicable), including MBD 2, 4, 6.1, 8, 9; JV documentation if applicable.
• Attendance at compulsory site briefing (13 August 2026, 11:00, Adam Kok III Building, 75 Hope Street, Kokstad) and signed certificate.
• Health and Safety Plan appended to tender; compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act and Construction Regulations.
• Labour-intensive construction requirements: NQF 5/7 supervision qualifications; EPWP labour targets; minimum supervisor:worker ratio 1:15; detailed labour content schedule.
• Proof of adequate financial capability (e.g., LIC/plant/equipment, credit facilities) and ISO 9001 where applicable for extra points.
• Price must be firm, VAT inclusive; tender validity 90 days; no electronic tender offers.
