Upgrading Pacaltsdorp Pump Station No. 3: Bulk Earthworks and Related Civils – open to bidders with CIDB 7CE or higher and suitably qualified management/supervisory staff with labour-intensive NQF Level 4/5 units.

Requirements

• CIDB registration: 7CE or higher.
• In-house management/supervisory staff meeting labour-intensive NQF Level 4/5 unit standards (as per scope).
• Functionality threshold: minimum 70/100; Stage 2 evaluates price, preference and specific goals.
• Compliance: CIDB eligibility, TCS PIN for tax compliance, and registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) if successful.
