Procurement of construction services for upgrading the Port Alfred sewerage infrastructure: Phase 2 Industrial Link. Open to suitably qualified, experienced contractors; a site meeting is offered. Requirements

• Bidder must be a suitably qualified, well experienced, established and skilled contractor for construction.
• Tender documents are issued only after purchasing a hard-copy document and presenting a receipt from Ndlambe Traffic Department; non-refundable deposit: R442.69 (incl. VAT). (Ndlambe Notice 159/2026)
• Late submissions, unmarked bids, or incomplete/falsified documents will be disqualified.
• Completed Tender documents and supporting documents must be placed in sealed envelopes marked “INVITATION TO TENDER – T02-2627 UP-GRADING OF SEWER SYSTEMS IN PORT ALFRED AND TENDER - T03/2627 UPGRADING OF PORT ALFRED SEWERAGE INFRASTRUCTURE: PHASE 2 INDUSTRIAL LINK” and deposited in the Tender Box at the SCM Unit, 44 Campbell Street, Port Alfred; bids opened at 12h05 on the closing date.
• Envelopes not marked as indicated will not be opened and will be disqualified.

How to Apply

• Documents available from 31 July 2026; collect hard-copy Tender Documents from the Ndlambe Municipality Supply Chain Management Unit, 44 Campbell Street, Port Alfred, during office hours (08h00–16h00). (Ndlambe Notice 159/2026)
• A Tender Document must be purchased prior to the Tender Clarification Meeting.
• Pay the non-refundable tender deposit of R442.69 (incl. VAT) and obtain a receipt from the Traffic Department to gain access to documents. (Ndlambe Notice 159/2026)
• Attend the Tender Clarification Meeting as appropriate; ensure documents are prepared for submission.
• Submit the completed tender in a sealed envelope to the Tender Box at the SCM Unit by the closing date/time; ensure the required marking as above. (Ndlambe Notice 159/2026)
