Overview

Supply and installation of Clearview fencing at municipal stores. Matatiele Local Municipality seeks a civil/construction contractor to supply and install fencing; suitable for CIDB grade 2 SQ or higher. Open to all bidders but bidders must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and have a SARS tax clearance. Local content requirement is 100% for steel products and construction components; PPPFA 80/20 evaluation (price 80, preferences 20).

Requirements

• CIDB grade 2 SQ or higher
• CSD registration (full report) and valid SARS tax clearance
• Complete MBD forms: MBD1, MBD2, MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD7.1, MBD8, MBD9, plus Schedules A/B
• Local content: 100% for steel products/components (construction forms) with Annexures
• Ethics commitment and JV/consortium documentation if applicable
• Document feasibility: download from official site, R300 tender document fee, and submission on the issued tender document
• CIDB and tax/compliance proofs must be current for award
