Ups maintenance - adms

Overview

This tender seeks to appoint a supplier for UPS maintenance for the ADMS over a 36-month contract. Open to all bidders meeting tender requirements and City of Cape Town procurement rules; bidders must be able to supply UPS maintenance services.

Requirements

• Compliance with City of Cape Town procurement rules and ability to provide UPS maintenance services for the ADMS.
• Completion of required returnable documents and adherence to the contract terms (see tender documents for full list).
• Demonstrated relevant UPS experience, competent technical personnel, OEM support and genuine parts, and battery-string project references (as detailed in Schedule F.13 of the Tender Document).
• Occupational Health and Safety compliance (OHSA Agreement) and related safety prerequisites.
• Submission of all specified forms and declarations (e.g., Declarations of Interest, Conflict of Interest, Independent Tender Determination) and the Price Schedule.

How to Apply

• Submission deadline: Extended to 11 November 2026 (original closing was 04 November 2026; time not stated in the extension notice; see attachments). Submit before the extended closing date.
• Submission method: Sealed envelope containing the completed Tender Document (addressed to the City’s Tender Box 184) and clearly marked with Tender No 86S/2026/27; drop into the Civic Centre tender box before closing.
