Requirements

• The functionality eligibility criterion described in T1.3 Tender Data has been deleted.
• Demonstrated experience: last 15 years, measured per linear km on National/Provincial/ Municipal roads; evidence required per claimed contract (award letter, completion certificate, and a fully completed Reference Letter (Form B1.1)); ongoing contracts over 3 years: reference letter plus Form B1.2, no completion certificate required for those.
• If required documentation is not provided for claimed contracts, no points are awarded.
• SANRAL will issue addenda for current and future RRM tenders.
• Bidders who did not attend past compulsory clarification meetings will be permitted to submit for affected tenders; a general clarification session on the amendment will be held virtually on 15 Oct 2026 11:00–12:00 (Teams).
