Overview

This tender is for the Vanderkloof Fire Protection System under an NEC3 Term Service Contract (TSC3), including inspection, servicing, testing and supply of spares at Vanderkloof Power Station, with a 5-year service period. Requirements

• Compulsory site clarification meeting: 20 Aug 2026, 09:00, Vanderkloof Power Station; attendance must be confirmed by 19 Aug 2026, 13:00.
• Submit electronically via Eskom E-tendering; PDFs up to 500 MB per document, total submission up to 4 GB; price list in PDF and Excel; no hard copies.
• Eligibility: meet stated criteria; not restricted to do business with Eskom or SOEs; no multiple tenders or uncoupled JV liabilities; conflict of interest avoided.
• Mandatory contractual and compliance documents: proof of CSD registration; CIDB registration (as applicable); SBD forms (e.g., SBD 1, 4, 6.1); CPA/local-content forms; Integrity Pact; tax/payroll evaluation forms; safety, SHEQ and OHS documentation.
