Overview

This RFQ seeks suppliers to provide and deliver various electronic components to Denel Overberg Test Range. Suitable bidders are electronics component suppliers/distributors with capacity to supply monitors (19" rack-mounted and 32"), HDMI/composite video recorders, and HEIM Data recorder modules, and who are VAT-registered and able to meet South African Treasury procurement requirements. Delivery is to the Denel OTR site (Arniston/Bredasdorp area).

Requirements

• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate
• Valid BBBEE Certificate or sworn Affidavit
• Registration on Central Supplier Database (CSD) and VAT registration
• Prices must include VAT
• Quotations valid for 30 days
• Acceptance subject to General Conditions of Contract (July 2010) and Treasury Guidelines
• Evaluation in accordance with Preferential Procurement Regulations 2022
• Denel reserves right not to award, or to award parts to different bidders
• Complete and submit SBD 4 Declaration of Interest (disclosures of state connections)
