Overview

Procurement of services to obtain a duplicate BRNC certificate and renew the MBTC Hyundai H1 vehicle licence (HBK281EC). MBTC seeks a service provider with licensing administration experience, BRNC processing know-how, and compulsory CSD registration to manage documentation, liaison with authorities, and renewal of the vehicle licence.

• Suitable for vendors with licensing/administrative workflow expertise, BRNC processes, and CSD registration.

Requirements

• CSD registration is compulsory.
• Complete the MBTC RFQ forms and attach a valid company quotation on letterhead.
• Price must be VAT inclusive and include delivery; provide a price breakdown.
• Complete the attached SBD 4 and SBD 6.1 forms.
• Quotation must be valid for 90 days; no prepayment allowed.
• Evaluation criteria: 80/20 (price vs. specific goals).
