Overview

UNICEF Kinshasa is selling a fleet of retired/repairable vehicles to the highest compliant sealed bid in an open sale (lots 1–16). Bidders such as vehicle traders, logistics operators or organizations needing vehicles in the DRC should consider bidding, provided they can place a compliant sealed bid within the stated window. The sale is as‑is and final; no recourse after concession of the sale. Vehicles are visible at UNICEF Kinshasa and must be transferred to the winning bidder after payment into UNICEF’s bank account. The bid must specify the Lot, brand, chassis number and your offered amount (form included in the annex). Key lots include Isuzu, Iveco, Toyota various models, with varying conditions and odometer readings.

Requirements

• Open to bidders able to place a compliant sealed bid within the stated deposit window.
• Bids submitted in sealed envelopes; include a deposit slip and sign the envelope seal.
• Period for bid deposits: 26 October – 06 November 2026 (until 16:30 per attached document).
• Offers must indicate Lot number, vehicle brand, chassis number and proposed amount.
• UNICEF reserves the right to reject offers below current market value and to contact only top bidders for finalization.
• Removal occurs after payment via UNICEF’s account for the winning bid.

• Submission method: hand delivery to the UNICEF Kinshasa reception in the bid box, daily 08:00–16:30; deposit in a sealed envelope.
• Documents to submit: filled Annex 1 Formulaire de Souscription (Nom du soumissionnaire, Adresse, Téléphone, E‑mail, Numéro du Lot, Marque, No. Châssis, Montant proposé). Include the depository slip and ensure signature on the envelope closure.
