Overview

Iziko Museums of South Africa invites quotations from experienced videographers to produce a series of videos for the Women’s Month Campaign. Suitable bidders are professional videography/ editing service providers with a strong social media video portfolio, capacity to film ~10 staff profiles (up to 90 seconds each) over four weeks, edit with graphics/subtitles/branding, and deliver final formats for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and X. Deliverables include a creative concept, on-site filming, two rounds of revisions, and full usage rights.

Requirements

• Portfolio showing at least three similar projects (Mandatory)
• Minimum 3 years’ videography experience (Mandatory)
• CVs for at least 3 key personnel (Mandatory)
• 3 signed reference letters from previous clients (Mandatory)
• Administrative documents: Central Supplier Database (CSD) report with supplier details and tax status pin; detailed pricing on company letterhead including VAT; valid B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; signed RFQ (Mandatory)
• Pricing Schedule completing items 1–6 and total (VAT inclusive); 80/20 evaluation with specific goals (HDI/Black ownership) points
• Specific goals: Black ownership thresholds to claim points (e.g., 50%+ ownership = 20 points)
• Duration/format: 60-day bid validity; site parameters and rights clarified in the RFQ
