Procurement of the Vrolijkheid PV solar system installation at Vrolijkheid Nature Reserve, Breede Valley. An Open-Tender by the Western Cape Nature Conservation Board for a CIDB 4 EB+ contractor to design, supply, install and commission a solar system with related civil/electrical works (JBCC framework). Requirements

• CIDB contractor grading of 4 EB or higher (or eligible to register prior to evaluation).
• Eligibility criteria including CIDB registration, tax clearance, COID, BBBEE level certificate, and supplier registrations (Western Cape Supplier Database and Central Supplier Database).
• Returnable documents: Form A1–A16, B1–B4, C1–C5, C2 pricing, and related schedules; ability to provide preferred personnel, plant, subcontractors, and financial references.
• Compliance with JBCC Minor Works Agreement and SANS standards; environmental and electrical specifications; health and safety standards.
• Proof of insurance, COID compliance, and tax compliance status.
• No late tenders; non-facsimile submissions; two-envelope system not used.
• Evaluation by panel (min 3 evaluators) using Functionality, Price, and Preference.
