• Quality: Supplier Quality Management requirements aligned to ISO 9001; pre/post contract quality plans and audits (240-105658000 Rev3).
• Documentation: Complete SBDs and pricing schedules; Pricing Schedule/BOQ in PDF (Annexures A–J listed in ITT 240-114238630 Rev28).
• Contract: NEC3 ECC3 framework with data (Part C1–C4) and contract data (NEC3.pdf).
• CIDB/Tender eligibility and local content rules; site is NW/Urgent requirements per ITT.
• Technical scope alignment: Vryburg Roof Replacement/Refurbishment, including roof inspection, replacement, ceiling and electrical works, asbestos confirmation, and COC for insurance (Technical Specification 363-ERE-CEEC-D00035-7 Rev1).
