• Submit bids on the official forms provided by the Municipality; no retyping or copying.

• Clarifications: Non-compulsory briefing/clarification session on 3 August 2026 (6th floor boardroom, Fidelity Building, Govan Mbeki Avenue), 09:00–15:00; late attendance (10 minutes) not allowed.
• Submission deadline: 27 August 2026 at 11:00; late tenders will not be accepted.
