Requirements

• Qualified and experienced service providers in water treatment plants and chemical dosing systems.
• Proof of recent similar work (minimum 3 written reference letters/certificates; dated Aug 2021 or later).
• Complete mandatory returnable documents: SBD 1, SBD 3.1 (pricing), SBD 4, SBD 6.1; provide BBBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit; register on CSD; SARS tax compliance status PIN.
• Commitment to SAN 241 specifications; SANAS-approved lab analysis for water quality (SANS 2412015) and monthly reporting.
• Site visit is non-compulsory but recommended; on-site work includes multiple maintenance and monitoring tasks, SLA/MAA required; commence within 30 days of PO.
