Procurement of a 4K Endoscopic-Laparoscopic Camera Stack system (insufflator, camera processor, trolley/cart, bracket and monitor) with Mitchells Plain Hospital scope; suitable for medical equipment suppliers with SAHPRA licensure and OEM/Western Cape support to bid.

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and tax compliance status; SARS PIN or Tax Clearance as applicable; 7-working days to verify tax if needed.
• Western Cape mandatory bid documents: WCBD1, WCBD3.1 (pricing), WCBD6.1 (BBEE), WCBD4, WCBD5; and compliance with GCC/SCC and Preferential Procurement Regulations (80:20).
• Occupational Health & Safety Act Section 37(2) agreement (Annexure B) and on-site safety considerations.
