Overview

Procurement of recruitment advertising services in the print media for publishing vacant posts on behalf of the Department of Health and Wellness, Western Cape Government, for a five-year period. Bid is open to professional recruitment advertising agencies with government/public-sector experience; submitters must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), compliant with SARS tax status, and able to provide B-BBEE documentation. Bid validity is 120 days.

Requirements

• CSD registration and up-to-date status at bid closing.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status (TCS) and, if unavailable, 7 working days to verify.
• B-BBEE: provide WCBD6.1 with 80/20 or 90/10 points claims and WCBD4; accepted forms include a VERIFICATION CERTIFICATE or sworn affidavit.
• Complete and submit standard bid forms: WCBD1, WCBD3.2 (pricing schedule), WCBD4, WCBD6.1.
• If forming a consortium/joint venture, provide the consortium formation/JOINT VENTURE/subcontracting agreement and ensure each member completes relevant forms; consolidated B-BBEE certificate required.
• Pricing: provide the Pricing Schedule and indicate total cost of ownership over 5 years.
• Provide evidence of capacity: office address, key personnel (account managers, designers) and availability for on-site/off-site support.
• Compliance with GCC and any Special Conditions; be prepared to sign WCBD7.1 if awarded.
