Overview

Supply and delivery of stationery items to all Western Cape Government Health facilities for a five-year period. Bid WCGHSC0483/2026 invites suppliers with stationery experience and regional delivery capability to compete across five Regions (Metro, Cape Winelands, Overberg, West Coast, Eden & Central Karoo).

Requirements

• Minimum two years’ experience in supply and delivery of stationery; provide current references and orders.
• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) at bid closing; ensure status is up to date.
• Tax compliance: obtain/submit Tax Compliance Status (TCS) via SARS, or provide certificate; separate TCS/CSD for each consortium member.
• B-BBEE: complete WCBD6.1 (80/20 or 90/10 points) and WCBD4; B-BBEE status verified by SANAS if required.
• Delivery capability: admin office in Western Cape; access to vehicles; deliver within 14 calendar days of official order; own manpower/equipment for delivery; courier/sub-contracting limited to 25%.
• Region-based award: bids must cover all items for each region; partial region bids not allowed.
• Samples and catalogues: deliver item samples to Bellville Head Office by 28 Aug 2026; provide electronic catalogue/brochure for all tendered items; maintain samples for the contract term; other sample rules apply.
• Compliance: all bids subject to GCC and any Special Conditions; OHS document fully completed; successful bidder signs WCBD7.1 contract.
• Payment: EFT payments within 30 days of valid invoice; banking details required.
