RFQ for a contractor to supply, repair and replace doors, door frames, door locks, windows (frame & glasses), burglar doors & locks, ceilings, painting and waterproofing for Johannesburg Water facilities; suitable for building/construction maintenance contractors with CIDB GB1 or higher. Bid is open to qualified providers; CIDB GB1+ and registration on CSD are required, with BBBEE status and tax clearance.

Requirements

• CIDB grading GB1 or higher
• CIDB mandatory site briefing attendance
• Full completion of BOQ/spec; attach datasheet, references, proof of certification/accreditation
• No RFQ from state employees; not blacklisted
• Quotes on PDF on company letterhead; JV agreements if applicable
• Original tax clearance, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, municipal rates not in arrears
• Returnable MBD forms: MBD4, MBD6.1, MBD8, MBD9; proof of CSD MR number
• MBD3.1 Pricing Schedule; all taxes included
• Compliance with SHE requirements for construction RFQ projects (SHE annexures)
