Overview

Open bid to appoint a provider for Website Hosting, Design, Support and Development, Social Media Management and Intellex Support for PPECB's website (www.ppecb.com). The contract is 36 months with a 24-month renewal option. Submissions are dual-format: hard copy in PPECB’s tender box and electronic via Microsoft OneDrive. Requirements

• Central Supplier Database registration with Master Registration Number in SBD1; tax status verified.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status (TCS); CSD number if no TCS.
• Complete and submit required forms: SBD1, SBD4, SBD6.1, valid B-BBEE certificate; Non-Disclosure; etc.
• Provide 3 recent references (website hosting/management); an organogram and CVs for key personnel; dedicated Account Manager.
• POPIA compliance and stated security measures; ongoing security, backups, updates, access control.
• Insurance: proof of insurance before start; public liability coverage.
• Pricing must use the official schedule (Pricing in Envelope 2; VAT inclusive).
• Site visit may be conducted; adherence to GCC/SCC; no assignment of contract without written consent.
