Overview

Procurement of civil-engineering construction services for the Weir to Tronox-Hillendale DN700 Steel Pipeline Upgrade. Bidders should have CIDB grading 5CE or higher, with proven capability in large-diameter pipeline and water-infrastructure works, and must meet Contract Participation Goals of 35% (25% local operations and 10% targeted enterprise participation), plus provide proof of CIDB, COID, Tax Compliance and CSD registrations.
