Overview

CapeNature seeks to appoint a contractor for the construction services to the main picnic ablution facility at Wolwekloof Resort. Eligible bidders must hold CIDB grading of 3GB or higher and meet standard pre-qualification requirements. Key dates: compulsory briefing 1 September 2026; closing 22 September 2026 (11:00). Requirements

• CIDB registration: 3GB or higher.
• Tax clearance: original Tax Clearance Certificate required with bid; separate certificates for JV/consortia.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and B-BBEE documentation (certificate or sworn affidavit).
• Returnable documents: Schedule 1A–L, 1M, 1N–1P, 2A–2I, plus C1–C2 contracts data and pricing schedules.
• Compulsory forms and compliance: Form C1.1 (offer), no telephonic/facsimile offers, 120-day bid validity, ability to correct arithmetic errors in black ink with initials, and adherence to the CIDB tender data.
• OH&S and Environmental requirements; Occupational Health and Safety Agreement to be completed within 14 days of acceptance.
• Disclosure: declarations on SCM practices, conflicts of interest, and precluded lists (Tender Defaulters, restricted suppliers).
• If applicable, proof of joint venture authority and performance records.

• Attend compulsory briefing: 1 September 2026, 11:00, Wolwekloof Resort.
• Prepare and submit: Form of Offer and Acceptance (C1.1), pricing data (C2.1–C2.3), Schedule 1A–1M, 2A–2I, 3A–3D, and supporting documents (see T2 returnables).
