Overview

Procurement of works including borehole drilling and drip irrigation to establish three VBUs. This ITB targets civil works contractors with borehole drilling and drip irrigation installation experience for rural water infrastructure in Zimbabwe. A mandatory pre-bid site visit will be held at three sites: Marange on 29-June-2026 14:00, Chiredzi on 30-June-2026 09:00, and Matobo on 01-July-2026 11:00. Bidders should follow UNDP procurement processes and submit via the UNDP Quantum portal by the closing date.

Requirements

• Mandatory pre-bid site visit participation at the specified locations and times
• Experience in borehole drilling and drip irrigation installation for water infrastructure projects
• Capability to perform civil/specialised construction related to water works with safety and environmental compliance
• Compliance with UNDP ITB requirements and submission through the UNDP Quantum portal by the deadline
