Youth Full Basic Security Training Programme for 56 participants – a training services contract requiring PSIRA registration and SASSETA/QCTO accreditation. Bidders should be PSIRA-registered security-training providers (Grades E, D, C) with SASSETA/QCTO credentials, able to deliver theory and practical security training at an accredited Eshowe venue, and issue certificates.

PSIRA registration and SASSETA/QCTO certification (Compulsory)

COIDA registration and Rates Clearance Certificate
Certified PSIRA and SASSETA/QCTO certificates
Audited annual financial statements if offer > R10 million; MBD5 declaration
Minimum 4 qualified facilitators; PSIRA registration; provision of learning materials; assessments and moderation; attendance records and certificates
10% contract value performance security; six-month contract duration
