Provision of planning services for the Zimbane (Mandlovini) sports facility. Requirements

• Complete and submit all MBD forms (MBD 1–9) and Annexures A–F; JV documents if applicable.
• Submit a valid Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and latest municipal rates statement; provide lease if occupying leased premises.
• Sign MBD 5 for offers of R10 million or more (incl. VAT).
• CIDB: relevant grading; where applicable, CIDB Level 6+ for contracts above R10 million.
• All alterations/price changes must be signed; ensure total cost matches the pricing schedule.
• All bids must be sealed, clearly marked with SCM number and project name; late or non-responsive bids are disqualified.
• Bidders must declare local production/content; comply with PPPFA 2022 and related SCM policies.
• Bids valid for 90 days; must not be submitted by fax or email copies; original documents required.
