Overview

Provision of civil works for Muthidlwe Primary School under the Department of Education: Water and Sanitation Programme Phase 3A (Open Tender). Requirements

• CIDB: minimum 4GB or higher; JV allowable with lead partner meeting grade; all JV members must meet CIDB requirements.
• Registrations and compliance: CSD registration, CIDB registration, Tax Compliance Status, UIF registration, Compensation Commissioner good standing, and related statutory documents.
• Returnable documents: Form of Offer and Acceptance; proof of CIDB/CSD; OHSE declarations; and other documents listed in the tender pack.
• Specific tender requirements: EPWP obligations (local labour targets), CLO engagement, HIV/AIDS provisions, HIV/AIDS awareness program, on-site reporting, and Construction Phase Safety, Health and Environmental Plan (OHSE).
